Pitchpost · Coming soon

Backlinks without the begging.

Pitchpost finds the blogs you actually belong on, drafts pitches that sound like a peer reaching out, and surfaces the right person to send them to. Join the waitlist — founding members lock in their price forever.

No spam. One short note when Pitchpost is ready, and a founding-member offer for early signups.

The problem

Manual outreach is a tax on your week.

You hunt for sites that might link to you. You dig through contact pages. You write personalized notes that mostly get ignored. A few land — after hours each. And every template-flavored cold pitch you send makes the next one harder.

Pitchpost flips that. It learns your business once, then finds the places you actually fit and writes pitches that sound like you wrote them.

How it works

Three steps. No spreadsheets.

The slow parts of outreach — research, contact-finding, pitch drafting — happen automatically. You make the calls.

01

Tell it about your site

Drop in your URL. Pitchpost reads your site and builds a brand profile — what you do, who you serve, the angles that matter. Or edit the profile yourself if you want full control.

02

Get a ranked list of real fits

It finds listicles, how-tos, comparisons and alternatives where you naturally belong — scored for relevance, article quality, and domain authority. Dismiss the bad ones; claim the good ones.

03

Send pitches that sound like you

Each claimed site gets a pitch tuned to its exact article, plus the right person to send it to — email when we can find one, social fallback when we can't. You review, hit send, track replies.

What it does

Every slow piece of outreach, handled.

Brand profile, built for you

Point Pitchpost at your site and it captures the things that actually matter — what you do, who you serve, the angles that work. Reuse it for every pitch.

Real-fit prospecting

Surfaces listicles, how-tos, comparisons, and alternatives where your product naturally belongs. Scored for relevance and editorial quality so the noise stays out.

Domain authority signal

Every prospect ships with a domain rank so you can prioritize the links that move the needle — instead of chasing low-authority sites that just clutter your inbox.

Pitches that don't sound like pitches

Each draft is tuned to the exact article and your brand voice. Peer-to-peer, slightly humble, never the synergy-leverage corporate stuff. Edit before you send.

Contact + social finder

Pulls the right person to address, their email if it's findable, contact page as a fallback, and social handles when there's no email at all. No more guess-checking.

A real outreach workflow

Claim, dismiss, draft, send, replied, won, archived — with notes on what you said, when, and what came back. Built for one operator, not an agency Rolodex.

Patrick — the operator behind Pitchpost

Why I built this

I built it for myself first.

I run a few products of my own — Memory Murals, CryptoWhat — and outreach was the part I dreaded most. Spreadsheets, browser tabs, template-flavored cold emails. I built a private version of Pitchpost inside my task manager to make it bearable.

After months of using it on my own products, I'm opening it up. Founding members help shape what ships first — and lock in their price forever.

Founding members lock in their price.

Pricing isn't finalized yet — that's on purpose. People who sign up before launch get the founding price, and they keep it for as long as they stay subscribed.
