Top Earners Are Copying This Recruiting Strategy
The great part about what you’re about to learn is I’m not the only one to test it and get results. In fact, the highest-paid earners in the top 1% of the network marketing industry will say this is the only way to have massive success.
That is good and bad for you.
It’s good because you supposedly just stumbled across the formula to creating success in your network marketing business, but if this is the “correct” way to build a network marketing business and the information is freely available, why aren’t more people successful? And why is only 1% in the industry making significant money?
These are questions I asked myself for years until my mentor shared this advice with me. And ever since that day, it completely changed the way I went about focusing on my business.
Vegas Odds of winning vs being successful in MLM
I heard a crazy statistic the other day on a webinar from one of the highest-paid earners, probably ever… This data was pulled from earnings disclaimers from particular companies which are not listed below.
The odds on winning from a single spin of the wheel in a game of roulette in Las Vegas is approximately…
268 times as great as the odds of profiting after enrolling a ________ “distributor” (The #1 company)
48 times as great as the odds of profiting after enrolling a ________ “distributor” (Very popular company)
22 times as great as the odds of profiting after enrolling a ________ “distributor” (established company)
I’m sure after reading these numbers you are scratching your head wondering what you are even doing in this business.
I was shocked myself but unlike winning at the spin of roulette, we can use loopholes to our advantage and take advice from the people already earning the big money who have proved this model works.
What is NOT working…
But before we do, let’s acknowledge what most people are doing so we don’t continue making the same mistake. Tell me if this sounds like you. Let’s call this guy John. He get’s an email and joins a new business and is excited to tell the world. The first thing he does is goes to Facebook and all the social media channels and announces his new opportunity. Then he waits in anticipation for the first sign up. Hours pass and nothing happens. Then he thinks, well I just don’t have enough friends so I’ll go post in all the home business groups. Hours pass. Nothing…
And the cycle of spam continues onto multiple other websites and not even a click to his site…
Don’t worry because pretty much everybody does this at one point. Until they don’t get any results and they search the internet for articles like this that show them the correct way to recruit people. This method is known as attraction marketing and it’s created more 6 and 7 figure earners than any strategy you will see.
The Art of Rejection Free Recruiting
So, without further delay, thanks for being patient while I got to this part, let’s break down this rejection free system that you can start copying today.
This whole system is comprised of just three components. But to be frank, there are many ways to do this. I may mention this a few times but the content and the channels may change but the vehicle will always remain the same.
The overall summary and objective is for the average person who isn’t particularly excelled in marketing or business to be able to follow a simple set of rules that will allow them to create massive success in any network marketing organization they participate in. I can’t say all results are typical but anyone who is serious and follows through with these action plans will most likely see, if not extraordinary success, an increase in the results they were getting.
The real objective here is not to share a business opportunity. I can join one anywhere! The objective is to discover the common problems, provide a solution with value and stand out among the crowd. There are many ways to do this today. The content changes. The vehicle stays the same. I’m sure you have downloaded reports and videos to help you solve a problem. It’s the same concept.
It’s about You, INC… Not your business!
The first part is to recognize nobody cares about your business. Have you ever watched Eddie Murphy Raw? One of the most memorable lines from that skit and something I often heard from my bosses is “What have you done for me lately?” People don’t remember what you did last year so you need to be in their face and continue providing value.
Did you learn a new traffic trick recently? Even better, do you have documented proof or results? People want to see that! And there is a brilliant way to turn your info into cash!
So we got that figured out, this skill you offer needs to solve a common problem in your industry and it should translate into real results.
If you already have an email list or a social following, you can start implementing these strategies right away.
The idea is to offer value and plant the seed and become an authority on the subject. You are opening the door for further communication and you are being nonthreatening with your approach. This also works well for establishing some level of trust, a crucial part of the formula.
You can stick with social media but if you want to have more control over your business, this is where the second part of the formula comes into play where you to start structuring your capture page and/or blog.
This is nothing new for most people who have been in the field for a while. It’s the same advice you are going to get on every training video you watch or blog you read. This is the standard 1-2… Capture page with your offer. Simple, right? Nothing new here.
Like I said, the content and channels change, the vehicle stays the same.
But here is where you are going to stand out and not look like preying vulture like your competition.
People Buy ONLY from people they know, like and trust
You are not going to sell anything!
Yes, and before you think this is such an absurd idea, I want you to think back on how many times you have setup a capture page before and immediately popped the question to join your business after you got the lead.
Or, maybe you visited a site to get a report and entered your e-mail to receive some information to solve your problem and you are immediately pitched on some info product before getting the answers they promised you for free. Do you remember how turned off you were?
The same thing goes for people who are looking for advice and you immediately present an opportunity pitch for them?
Don’t anticipate unrealistic outcomes
That’s like walking down the street and asking someone you have never met if they would like to marry you.
It’s not natural and it would never happen in 1 million years so don’t expect people to sign up in your opportunity without getting to know you and at the very least solving the problem you initially said you could help them with.
Believe it or not, you just dodged a bullet and created another opportunity to engage with your audience. They respect you for answering the question and solving the problem and not immediately asking for money.
Continue providing value
You need to keep it up. Drop in frequently and share some value. I get to travel frequently so I like to share videos of my experiences and of course all the golden nuggets I learn on my journey through network marketing. This also shows your prospects that you are real and living the way you say.
You just need to let them know you are there for them to help them with what they need and have their best interest at heart.
Once you understand this the rest of this will be very easy to comprehend and you will be on your way to sponsoring people in your business without rejection.
Mastery and Scaling up
The third piece of the puzzle is traffic and scaling up. Once you have tested this with a few of your prospects you’ll get a better feel and be more comfortable with this approach. You will find it is easier for the beginner as there is less pressure and practically no learning curve. This should make the idea of network marketing as a whole much more attractive to your prospects as they can now envision themselves having the same access with a rejection free sponsoring system.
Even after learning all of this and getting results it’s easy to get distracted by the more complex and seemingly effective strategies. just remember to keep it simple. You are not trying to be a top salesperson. You are not trying to convince someone to give you money they do not have. Your job is to find answers to their problem and come up with a solution. I was always told by my mentor if I want to be a very good recruiter then I need to be a very good investigator. At the time I did not quite understand or maybe I just didn’t think it was important but looking back I realize those words could not be more true.
